The hotel name is practically invisible from the street!!! It's frustrating having to ring the bell for entry in the freezing cold because of early lock times. Also, the elevators could definitely be larger!!!

The overall ambiance was delightful and conducive for a business trip.
The noise from nearby nightlife was disruptive.
